We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Executive Support Specialist to spearhead our sales, lead generation, and customer service efforts. In this role, you will not only develop and implement strategies to identify, nurture, and convert leads into clients but also ensure that our clients receive professional, empathetic, and exceptional assistance in all customer service interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude toward clients at all times.
Quickly answer client inquiries and determine and fulfill clients’ needs to attain satisfaction.
Address client complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time frames, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build strong and trustworthy relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to our business objectives.
Research and identify potential target audiences, market segments, and ideal client profiles.
Qualify leads by conducting initial outreach to gather essential information and assess their potential as clients.
Categorize and prioritize leads based on their readiness to engage.
Assist in the sales process from lead to closing sales by providing valuable information and support to potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Collaborate with the team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Follow up with leads to schedule appointments or product demonstrations as necessary.
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing files and records.
Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the executive or management team.

Prior experience in sales support, lead generation, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Ability to handle client’s complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other customer service software
Ability to work under pressure.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
