Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Executive / Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our company grow by driving sales, building relationships with clients, and assisting with various administrative tasks. We are seeking a candidate who is professional, speaks English fluently without a strong accent, and has a strong background in sales and digital marketing. Responsibilities:
Cold Calling for Sales: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, while building long-lasting business relationships.
Account Management & Client Success: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
HR / Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, as well as managing employee records and performance evaluations.
Multi-channel Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
SEO: Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and meta tags, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and account management.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, without a strong accent.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
