Sales Expert

OVERVIEW:

Our team is searching for a talented Sales Expert with 2+ years of previous sales experience for B2B sales. Flexible hours, you will be working with international customers.
Full time or you can start part-time.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have vast experience with sales (B2B cold calling and emailing in particular)
• Must be able to manage an entire sales project
• Must be able to follow through with customer service and keeping customers happy.
• Must be very organised, keep spreadsheets of product research, orders, fees and profits.
• Must have good knowledge of excel/spreadsheets/word/pdf documents and presentations
• Must know how to make official B2B offers
• Must be highly professional, honest and show a genuine positive attitude
• Friendly, can undergo multiple tasks, can work with deadlines, can work alone and in a team
• English language at high level (preferably USA/UK or neutral accent)
• Must complete 40 hours each week using Time Doctor app (or similar given app)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Starting pay 34,000 PHP /month salary
• Commission for specific sales you make
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• 1 week bonus upfront pay upon hiring
• Two weeks paid vacation each year

• 13th month bonus (in December after your first 12 months)
• Minimum 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)

• For outstanding candidate that proves himself in the first 12 months, there is the chance to receive a leadership position in the company, leading their own team and receiving a 5X salary + commissions from each sale.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

• Must have high speed internet
• 40 hours of work each week
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments
• Must communicate through Slack and other similar apps
• Must perform well as a team
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
• Must take calls from quiet, neutral environment (no unprofessional sounds)
