Job Title: Sales Funnel & Automations Expert

Job Summary:
MTB Car Rental Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Automations Expert to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing various software automations including Zapier, software integrations, funnel building and back end work for our coaching business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating efficient and effective automation solutions to support and streamline business operations.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and manage software automation solutions to support and streamline business operations.
Set up and manage Zapier automations to automate tasks and workflows.
Implement and integrate various software tools and applications to optimize business processes.
Build and manage sales funnels to drive traffic, leads and conversions.
Develop and maintain back-end solutions to ensure smooth operations and data management.
Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure they are functioning properly.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on automation progress and outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and improve automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Highly proficient knowledge of Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, Kajabi, Zapier is a must. Knowledge of chatbot integration, bulk sms reminder setup, webinarjam or zoom webinars, webinar funnel setup etc is a big plus.

3+ years of experience in software automations, funnel building, and back end work.
Proficient in Zapier, various software tools and applications, and sales funnel building.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering effective automation solutions that drive business results.
