Summary:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Funnel Builder Specialist to join Webspark Media. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for bringing new marketing campaigns to life by designing compelling landing pages using GHL landing page builder. You will use verbiage, videos and images that evoke emotion and urge the user to take action. The ideal candidate will be borderline obsessed with deciding between a red or blue CTA button (or any color for that matter) and if their copy was intriguing enough to get the appointment. S/he will thrive working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• Must understand the marketing sales strategies process.
• Responsible for implementing a system to track data of funnels (i.e., conversion rates, split tests).
• Ensure the back-end integrations and tech are properly set up for each funnel as well.
• Collaborate directly with marketing leaders to generate effective solutions for various advertising needs.
• Design marketing assets such as landing pages and email templates with a strong emphasis on conversions and actions
• Create, launch, and manage A/B testing.
• Optimize landing pages and other lead generation assets.
• Stay current and knowledgeable in the areas of direct response marketing, information architecture, UX/ UI design, and related topics.
• Firm understanding of GHL landing page builder.
• Improving conversion rate, show-up rate, and opt-in rate with testing
• Compelling portfolio that demonstrates clear and innovative visual design
• The ideal candidate will understand marketing and conversions and have experience independently split testing (A/B testing) multiple pages to achieve the best results.
• Understanding of color wheel and color psychology
• Strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography
• A work style that is extremely detail-oriented with a mind for quick adaptability to company design standards
• Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of WordPress a plus
Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of building funnels in GHL
• Building funnels with great design.
• The ability to visualize written words and express them in pictures and sounds to the company’s/client’s vision.
• Previous practical experience in graphic design and visual media
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
• Must have a previous experience to showcase (how it was done)
• Huge plus if you know about the “Irresistible Offer” by Alex Hormozi
• Energized by working collaboratively to evolve and optimize a customer’s business.
• Love for teamwork.
• Ability to manage several projects at one time.
• Fluent in English
• Experience building Sales Funnels using GHL.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS, and/or WordPress experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills.
• Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Proven experience with direct response advertising
• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• 2+ years of experience setting up funnels/web pages/landing pages.
• 1+ years of experience in GHL or another Sales Funnel tool required.
• A clear understanding of “Funnel Hacking’
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
