We are a merchant services company dedicated to helping businesses grow. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Generation Specialist to join our team, who will handle both outbound and inbound sales activities.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn and handling incoming inquiries. Your role involves initiating conversations, guiding prospects through our services, setting appointments, and managing follow-ups to secure sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct daily outbound outreach using the CEO’s LinkedIn profile to connect with potential clients.
– Direct Messaging & Appointment Setting: Engage potential clients through direct messages, set up appointments, and ensure appropriate follow-ups.
– Handling Inbound Leads: Respond to incoming sales inquiries, assess customer needs, and guide them towards the right solutions.
– Sales Closure: Efficiently close sales or transition clients to the appropriate service channel as needed.
– Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and interactions.
– Problem Solving: Use independent judgment to solve problems and adapt strategies as necessary.
– Professional Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

– You have experience in both reaching out to new clients and handling incoming sales inquiries.
