EasyPrint Technologies Pte. Ltd. Singapore is on the lookout for a talented and creative Sales Graphic Designer to join our team in Singapore or Malaysia!

If you have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You can earn from $300 up to $800 per month, with opportunities for salary increases based on performance!

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 PM Philippine Time

About the Role
As a Sales Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating visually stunning mockups, and ensuring the highest quality of design deliverables. You will have two main responsibilities:

1. Create Mockups and Designs – Utilize your creative skills to produce mock-ups.
2. Sales: Engage with customers and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Query Handling:
a. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, and design options.
b. Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
c. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions or recommendations to meet their design requirements.
d. Assist the Corporate Accounts Manager in coordinating meetings with clients and supporting them in closing deals.

2. Mockup Creation:
a. Utilize your strong Photoshop, InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator skills to create eye-catching and persuasive mockups that effectively showcase our products or services.
b. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer preferences and incorporate them into the mockup designs.

3. Design Consultation:
a. Offer expert design consultation services, providing valuable advice on design choices, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
b. Understand customer brand image and marketing goals to align mockup designs with their objectives, creating designs that effectively represent their brand identity.

4. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment in design efforts.
b. Communicate effectively with team members to understand customer requirements and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment.

5. Quality Assurance:
a. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all design deliverables.
b. Review mockups and design materials to ensure they meet customer requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
