Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales / Growth Manager to drive outbound sales and support our growth. You will book outbound meetings using tools like , Instantly, and develop sales materials to attract our audience. Additionally, you will manage our lead pipeline on Hubspot, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Master our scraping and personalization tool (, phantombuster)
Book outbound meetings using Lemlist, Instantly, Heyreach, or similar tools.
Develop and refine sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Manage the sales pipeline on Hubspot, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with cold outbound sales and outbound tools.
Experience with Hubspot or similar CRMs preferred.
At least 1 year of sales experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
