Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our rapidly growing personal brand and digital consultancy. This revenue-generating role involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals across multiple verticals, including securing sponsorships and advertising partners for popular YouTube channels and social media platforms and selling digital marketing and online presence management services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, prospect, and pitch potential sponsorship/advertising partners and agency clients.
– Conduct product demos, handle objections, and negotiate deal terms.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas.
– Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closed deals.
– Build and maintain positive client/partner relationships.
– Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
Work Hours:
The role requires working from 9 PM to 5 AM Philippine Standard Time, totaling 50 hours per week salary.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of successful B2B and/or B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, sponsorships, or related fields.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
– Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and drive to succeed.
– Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
– Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.
Targets & Incentives:
– Initial targets start at $1,000 for the first month to increase monthly revenue to $5,000 within six months.
– Tiered commission structure: 10% on sales up to $2,000, 15% on sales between $2,001 and $4,000, and 20% on sales over $4,000.
– Additional bonuses for exceeding targets and special achievement bonuses for exceptional deals.
Compensation:
– Base salary starting at $500 per month plus a generous commission/bonus structure. Salary increases and additional bonuses are strictly based on sales performance and ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. This structure is designed to reward high achievers with significantly higher earnings.
