Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing and executing our sales processes, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on large enterprise and government contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Paramint’s services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the IT consultancy or software development industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and government contracting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
