Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward by identifying potential clients, engaging them effectively, and managing our presence across various rental and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect Research and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients, using tools to locate property owners interested in short-term rental services.
Initial Contact and Qualification of Leads: Engage with prospects through calls or emails, determine their interest level, and assess fit for our services.
Appointment Setting/Scheduling: Schedule meetings between prospects and senior sales staff, manage calendar to avoid conflicts, and ensure smooth lead transition.
Follow-Up Communications: Maintain active engagement with prospects across all communication platforms, ensuring follow-up and sustained interest.
Rental Platform Management: Handle property listings and inquiries on platforms like Zillow, TurboTenant, and Facebook Marketplace.
Mid-Term/Offsite Bookings: Manage bookings that are not typical short-term arrangements, potentially involving different marketing and pricing strategies.
Social Media and Facebook Leads Management: Oversee our social media presence, create engaging content, and monitor leads through platforms such as Facebook Messenger.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software.
Self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
