We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our services. Your primary responsibility will be to research and engage with prospects, initiate conversations, and gather key information to create a pipeline of qualified leads. Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential business employers through outbound calls to establish partnerships and encourage them to collaborate with our company.
Generate a high volume of leads by consistently making targeted and strategic outbound calls, leveraging effective communication skills and persuasive techniques.
Implement a systematic lead management approach by diligently tracking and recording lead information, including stages and progress, within the CRM system.
Ensure thorough follow-up and pursuit of all leads, maximising conversion opportunities and maintaining accurate lead records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales lead generation or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome objections and challenges
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
