Job Description

What are we looking for:

We are seeking an innovative individual for the role of Lead Generation & Social Sales Assistant. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads across diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), social media groups, pages, GMB, and YouTube channels. Your primary objective is to smoothly integrate these leads into HubSpot, where you will profile and qualify them before facilitating the transition to a senior sales specialist upon achieving Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) status. This position is instrumental in constructing a strong pipeline and successfully closing deals to drive revenue generation.

This is a 100% remote position requiring work hours to match the Eastern US business day (New York City).

In this role, you will:

Respond promptly to lead opportunities, embodying “speed to lead” by addressing them within minutes.

Profile and qualify leads, progressing them to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead).

Establish and cultivate customer relationships to capitalize on long-term revenue opportunities.

Assist customers and prospects in comprehending our offerings.

Qualify leads to identify potential customers.

Monitor various lead sources and ensure timely actions.

Create tasks for senior sales and align them with the appropriate task queue.

Nurture leads with the goal of integrating them into our network..

Utilize social selling strategies to explore revenue opportunities.

Manage tasks related to the 13 Week Race initiative.

Update contacts and deals in HubSpot to maintain an accurate pipeline.

Complete a designated Learning Module.

Work towards and achieve monthly targets.
