Job Description:
We are seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently seeking new leads via email and Instagram, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all forms of communication. CT Creative Media mainly offers video production services for businesses big and small. We shoot and edit videos on both iPhone and professional Sony cameras, creating works of art that has gone viral! We’re also looking to expand our services to remote video editing as well such as editing for YouTubers and Podcast Videos. The possibilities are limitless and we hope to fill the spot with the right person who’s ready to work hard and make great money.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outreach via email and Instagram DM/comments to generate leads and prospects.
– Maintain a detailed Google spreadsheet as a CRM to track active leads and prospects.
– Communicate effectively with leads and prospects, ensuring no grammatical errors in messages.
– Qualify leads with a step-by-step checklist provided by the company.
– Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements:
– Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
– Proven experience in lead generation or sales support role required.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
– Proficient in using Google Suite, email and Instagram for outreach and communication.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
