I will be short here to save you a long read, but will explain in more depth in DM’s if you feel you will be a good fit.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to

– Engage with the live chat customers.
– Offering desired product to them for a fee
– Working together with them to discover the perfect product and price point for them

You will also keep track of

– Different types of customer data
– Who purchased what products and what their lifetime value is in our company

Prior experience on social media or any chat related experience is preferred, but absolutely not required for consideration.

You will be provided with documents and video training that explain the process more and will regularly get updated information.

This is a long term, full time position. Here are the hours:

Sunday – Rest Day
Monday – (afternoon) 3PM to 11PM
Tuesday – (morning) 7am – 3pm
Wednesday – (morning) 7am – 3pm
Thursday – (morning) 7am – 3pm
Friday – (nightshift) 11pm – 7am
Saturday – Rest Day

Note: These are in Philippines time zone.

If you cannot commit to this schedule you need not apply. It is ideal to have open availability so there is no trouble meeting your shift times.

Shift schedules regularly change every few weeks, so open availability is even more important.

The position is mainly performance-based, with a base hourly rate given in addition. The pay rate offered is $2USD/hour + 2% commission. You are expected to make more from your commissions than your hourly rate. There is also a training period of 160 hours. This training period is also paid equally. $2/hour USD + 2% commission is just the entry level. There will be opportunity for raises, promotions, bonuses and overtime.

As tenure and performance increase, compensation will also.
