We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Relationship and Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales efforts. Your ability to build strong connections, drive sales initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction will contribute to our overall success.
Note: This role will work directly with the CEO of the company.
This is a FULL-TIME and REMOTE position. You must be willing to work Central Standard US Hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and requests.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales process.
Follow up with prospective clients to schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycle.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and sales activities.
Support the sales team in tracking and reporting on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecast.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding and implementation of our products/services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales support roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive sales initiatives and meet targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage client relationships and sales activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage client interactions, sales activities, and track progress.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and find win-win solutions.
Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
Customer-centric approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
