To continue holding the top positions in the USA and Canada, we need a team of the best, so we’re looking for a Sales Manager who will guide the customer from significant concerns to restoring comfort and convenience in their home.
We are ready to turn you into a sales star: teach you to sell, inspire you with drive from the top management of the company, provide support from colleagues, sales tools, and a heap of leads – everything that will help you grow initially to our level and then be at the forefront of sales.
Your future tasks:
1. Make an average of approximately 55 calls to a hot base of potential customers.
2. Identify the customer’s needs and convey the value of our services that help bring back the enjoyable life.
3. Summarize current data in the specialized CRM.
4. Find satisfaction in meeting and exceeding targets.
We will work well together if you:
1. At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
2. Smile more often than being neutral and love people;
3. Are motivated by achieving superb results and a desire to earn a lot. Experience is not mandatory.
4. Experience with sales by calls will be a plus.
5. Are willing to learn negotiation and sales techniques. You want to learn emotionally pleasant sales with a deep understanding of people;
6. Know what it means to demonstrate above-average results and are ready to do so.
7. Aim to sell a genuinely valuable service that will bring comfort and tranquility back to the customer’s life.
8. If you want to enjoy Mondays because it’s the start of the workweek again.
