Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the corporate housing industry. The Sales Manager will strategize, execute, and oversee all sales activities, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and vision. This role requires a balance of leadership, sales expertise, and a customer-centric approach to effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales objectives, fostering an environment of accountability, excellence, and innovation.
-Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition of new clients to the account management team.
-Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
-Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement within the sales process.
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
-Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership, offering insights into sales activities and performance metrics.
-Identify training and development needs within the sales team, facilitating ongoing professional growth and skill enhancement.
-Work closely with the Customer Service Liaison to ensure seamless handoff of client files and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
-Strong understanding of the corporate housing market or related industries preferred.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
-Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
