We are looking for a remote sales manager! Our ideal candidate is a sales professional who has a ton of experience managing a sales team and driving revenue growth. The job description for our remote sales manager includes the following responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet company objectives. This includes setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and making sure we are meeting or exceeding those goals. Helping our sales reps reach that goal with daily training and auditing there sales and work to improve performance.
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a remote sales team to achieve sales targets and goals. This involves setting performance expectations that are given to you by the senior sales manager and providing guidance and support, and conducting regular check-ins and team meetings via virtual communication platforms.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborating with the remote sales team to create sales plans and forecasts. This involves meeting with senior management to go over goals and then meeting with sales reps to execute our goals.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the remote sales team’s performance against targets. This may involve analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and providing remote coaching and feedback to individual team members. This also includes tracking each individual’s sales and confirming the sale was processed.
Training and Development: Providing remote training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. The remote sales manager identifies training needs, utilizes virtual learning platforms, and implements professional development initiatives remotely. Also works 1 on 1 with individual’s such as role play practice and make sure there are on top of there game
Sales Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for management remotely. The remote sales manager provides updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges using virtual communication tools, and contributes to strategic decision-making.
In addition to the typical sales management responsibilities, a remote sales manager should have strong remote communication and collaboration skills, be comfortable leveraging remote sales tools and technologies, and be adept at managing and motivating a remote sales team effectively. Must be good with excel, have long history of managing a great sales team and someone who is looking to grow with a fast growing company.
Must be able to work 6 days a week and shifts are 7 hours a day. Bonuses are included when sales departments hit quota
