The Sales Manager is pivotal in driving the growth of our outsourcing services. This role requires a deep understanding of the outsourcing industry, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead sales initiatives that cater to a diverse set of clients seeking outsourcing solutions. The Sales Manager will nurture client relationships, create sales strategies tailored for the outsourcing market, and lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets and Growth: Set and achieve specific sales targets in line with company objectives, focusing on selling outsourcing solutions to prospective clients.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell outsourcing services.

3. Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the outsourcing industry, understanding the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients.

4. Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

5. Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, track key account metrics, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.

6. Collaboration: Liaise with the operations and client relations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sales, ensuring client satisfaction.

7. Education and Training: Organize training sessions for the sales team to keep them updated with industry trends, challenges, and best practices in the outsourcing industry.

Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Experience: 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the outsourcing or BPO industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and ability to strategize and analyze complex client requirements.
– Attributes: A results-driven approach, strong leadership capabilities, and adeptness at understanding the intricacies of the outsourcing business.
