Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Sales Manager to join our growing team. The company is currently working on creating a SAAS application – Employee life cycle management. The platform is designed to automate and simplify the process of selection, recruiting and onboarding of candidates in various areas, employee management (including offers, contracts, calendar, time monitoring etc.), task management, payroll and more. The right person will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our client base and the customer acquisition for the app. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Research and understand client needs to tailor sales pitches effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Conduct remote presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Forecast sales projections and report on sales performance.
Collaborate with remote sales and cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with remote sales and team collaboration.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
