We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster lasting client relationships.
As the Sales Director for Lead Jean in the Philippines, you will be responsible for managing and directing our sales teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This senior level role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire, coach, and guide our sales professionals to achieve and exceed their targets. You will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s success and market presence in the Philippines.
Organization Alignment:

Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
-Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, one on one coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
-Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
-Revenue Growth: Set and track sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop plans to drive revenue growth.
-Sales Training: Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
-Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
-Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Fluency in English
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
-Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a track record of exceeding targets
-Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
-Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans
-Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Location: The Sales Director will be based in the Philippines, and may require occasional travel within the country.
Salary: Base pay + commission DOE
