Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in sales cold calling OR social media DMs
– Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey messages and instructions efficiently.
– Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly direct messaging features on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, including understanding algorithms and best practices.
– Sales Acumen: Proficiency in sales strategy development, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
– CRM Management: Experience in managing customer relationships using CRM tools, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
– Data Analysis: Capability to analyze data and metrics to derive insights, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
– System Creation: Ability to develop and implement efficient workflows, processes, and systems to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
