The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission to triple revenue, increase profit margins, and establish a robust sales force within two years.

Key Responsibilities:
Expand business with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Driver Manager to prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate service terms and conditions for customers.
Understand and navigate the nuances of customer orders and pricing structures.
Discuss product offerings with customers to address their unique needs.
Lead a remote sales team, fostering growth, persistence, and goal-oriented performance.
Develop and implement a cold-calling and cold-emailing marketing campaign within the first three months, refining the process monthly.
Expand the list of scheduled routes and strengthen relationships within banking, professional services, medical, and manufacturing sectors.
Research and develop new lines of business to diversify revenue streams.
Increase profit margins from 35% to 45% by the end of year two.
Refine the pricing structure by the end of year one.
Deliver monthly sales forecasts with 90?curacy.
Hire and manage two A-player sales associates with specific focuses on scheduled accounts and hot shot accounts.
