We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
This company has been growing aggressively over the past 2 years. We have a team of around 20 people in the Philippines working on various aspects of the company. We have had multple team members in the Philippines working for us for years. This is the start of our Philippine sales team. To be clear, this position will be a career, not a gig with a new unstable company. We are looking for a team lead that will work with the owners of our company to develop this team and system. The sales team will consist of call warmers (transfers to a sales rep), appointment setters, and closers. This will be a long-term career with room for massive growth. We are looking for someone that is a teachable, creative, leader that’s ambitious.

BASE $4.50 PER HOUR WITH QUICK BASE ADVANCEMENT AND BONUSES
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE IN CALL TRANSFERS TO SALES REPS (CALL WARMER)
EXPERIENCE IN APPOINTMENT SETTING
EXPERIENCE IN CLOSING DEALS OVER THE PHONE UNASSISTED
EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING A TEAM DOING ALL OF THESE THINGS
Must Have at least 2 years of experience working remotely as an appointment setter or closer
Must be Fluent in English. Speaking and Writing.
Accurately maintain records in CRM to ensure up-to-date deal info and status
At least 300 calls would be made per day. (Until you have a team working under you)
Send us at least 2-3 minute Video Recording sharing your managerial/sales experience with some enthusiasm
*8 hours per day EST hours may vary. Expect to start 7:15-30am EST
Conduct quick team huddles at the start/end of the shift of their whole team (could be daily/weekly/as needed)
