Summary of Position:
Your role as a Sales Manager is critical in building your sales team and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. You’ll achieve this through inbound text messaging and live sales chat from our website. We have developed our own CRM with , Slack and Miro, where if you have prior experience will take your chances higher to become a member of our family. We give you access to our text messaging system and website live chat platform, and we expect you to give each of our clients a personalized approach to provide a great experience.
Maitinaing Sale funnel
A/B Test our sales copy as well as our approach
Come up with sales follow-up methods and scripts.
Accelerate sales velocity and productivity.
Train & Support our sales professionals.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are also necessary, and you should have a C1-C2 level of English. You must be available full-time and have a computer with Windows 8 or newer or Mac OS 2015 or newer. We value teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. We want someone who is creative, organized, and efficient and adds value to the team. You should be persistent, result-oriented, and able to self-manage. You should also be a people-person who can take the initiative, run with it, and be open-minded and teachable.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in online sales
Experience using CRM and live chat platforms such as , Slack, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Miro
Experience using & Slack
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Telemarketing sales through text messaging, live chat and email campaigns
50+ WPM typing speed via
Hiring Range
The final pay depends on various factors such as relevant skills, work experience, meeting targets, contributing value to the organisation, and possessing in-demand skill sets. These factors help determine a fair and competitive salary for the role.
Annual on-target earnings $24,000 – $60,000
