We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team to achieve the company’s sales goals, and driving business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and guidance, and improve team performance.
Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities and potential customers.
Maintain and expand customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate internal resources to support the smooth progress of sales activities.
Develop and manage sales budgets, control sales costs, and improve sales efficiency.
Regularly analyze sales data, write sales reports, and report work progress to superiors.

Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business management or related majors.
At least 5 years of sales experience, including more than 3 years of sales management experience.
Excellent leadership and team management experience, able to motivate and guide team members.
Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to establish good relationships with customers.
Proficient in using office software and sales management tools.
Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Those with relevant industry background and customer resources are preferred.
