Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee social media direct messages and comments to ensure they lead potential clients into the appropriate pipeline.
• Monitor team members to guarantee script adherence and timely responses.
• Provide actionable feedback to team members, ensuring they uphold company standards.
• Regularly update the director with important updates or necessary changes in approach.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously refine engagement scripts and communication techniques.
• Analyze response times, engagement rates, and other metrics to ensure optimal team performance.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the team’s engagement strategy.
• Handle any escalations or complex issues that arise during client interactions.
• Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in sales cold calling OR social media DMs
• Proven track record of managing or overseeing social media engagements.
• Demonstrable ability in sales with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Past evidence of successful sales conversions and ability to provide data or examples of deals closed and leads converted.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work graveyard shifts and adapt to varying client time zones.
• Demonstrable leadership qualities, with the capacity to provide constructive feedback.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer engagement tactics.
• Results-oriented mindset with a consistent history of achieving engagement and sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring every client interaction is handled with the utmost care.
