Salary: 45,000 PHP per month, negotiable based on experience. Balance on Salary and Bonus

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team and maximizing our sales department’s potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
2. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
9. Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
2. Ability to lead a sales team and manage a large and diverse customer base.
3. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
4. Availability to travel as needed.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Strong competency in customer relationship management.
7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
10. Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
