About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Introducing new products/services to the market and promoting the company’s existing brands.
Actively look for new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client’s requirements, identifying market trends, and recommending system enhancements in order to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
Organize meetings with potential clients and actively listen to their expectations and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with significant clients through regular meetings, understanding of their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities, and make recommendations for future strategies.
Identify and attend relevant industry events to network with potential clients and partners.
Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the return on investment.
