Part-Time Sales Manager for Web Development Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in generating leads, closing sales, and building effective sales strategies for our web development services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead generation and increase sales for our web development services.
2. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
3. Effectively present and promote our web development services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
5. Close sales by effectively negotiating and securing agreements with clients.
6. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
7. Report regularly on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Attend periodic meetings with the management team at our office in Alabang once or twice a month.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the web development industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance a part-time workload.
6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Remuneration:
The role offers a competitive base salary of PHP 18,000 per month, along with attractive commission structures based on achieved sales targets.
