Careerhak is a new company that is launching an online interview coaching service. As the Career Services Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their career goals by leading a team of career coaches, implementing our coaching services, and driving sales. About the Role:
As the Career Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of career coaches in selling and delivering coaching services to clients, while ensuring high-quality customer experience and continuous improvement of the coaching program.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others succeed in their careers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in a tech-focused industry, and a strong understanding of the tech career field. Experience as a technical recruiter is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Become proficient in the company’s customer journey framework, ensuring a high-quality coaching experience for clients from initial consultation to exit interview
-Implement coaching services such as coaching sessions, mock interviews, and resume reviews to help clients achieve their career goals
-Collaborate with other teams to implement feedback and continuously improve the customer experience
-Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
-Perform initial consultations and effectively sell the company’s coaching services
-Maintain detailed notes and feedback on each sales call to improve performance and outcomes
-Manage the company’s email list and use it to engage with potential clients
-Register new students and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their coaching experience
-Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and generate new leads for the company
-Manage and promote our referral program
-Recruit, train, and manage a team of Junior Career Coaches to provide effective coaching services to clients and expand the company’s reach
-Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying and addressing weak points in the sales process to ensure the company meets its sales quotas

Pay: Base Salary + commission + bonus; exact amount will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
