Location: Remote

Hours: 9:00 AM — 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday (flexible hours beyond call answering)

Salary: $250/month base pay + Commission (1%-5?sed on sales volume). You can potentially make $700-$1,500 and more per month

Overview: Join our dynamic and fast-growing accounting firm as a Sales Manager. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, handling inquiries via calls, emails, texts, and forms during designated hours, and actively pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client follow-ups. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
-Answer client inquiries promptly and professionally during designated hours.
-Proactively engage in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, etc.
-Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales independently.
-Achieve monthly sales targets based on volume-based metrics.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
-Proficiency in English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Experience with CRM software and sales pipelines is a plus.

Additional Information:
-This is a commission-based position with a base salary of $250/month + Commission (1%-5?sed on sales volume)
