We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in the Philippines to join our growing company!

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us build meaningful relationships with Wellness Owners, helping them understand our services, finalize the sales process, and CLOSING THE SALE. This position requires a high level of ENERGY and ENTHUSIASM!
The right candidate will work closely with our Sales Development Reps – managing and overseeing their training and development, enforce policies, monitor and track metrics, maximizing the team’s potential, and developing strategies/plans to meet the overall revenue growth targets.
You’ll be earning a base pay + commissions based on every closed deal made.
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
-Leading and managing our Sales team.
-Help close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
-Grow company’s revenue and expand customer base.
-Improve sales performance and meet sales growth objectives.
-Monitor and track daily sales activities.
-Train new SDRs and develop sales training programs and materials.
-Create and enforce sales department processes & policies.
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the leadership team.
-Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
-Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
-Proven experience for being a Sales Manager for at least 5 years.
-Consultative Sales background is a MUST.
-Preferably with a Digital Marketing background.
-Proven experience in customer relationship management for at least 3-5 years.
-Sales experience in the beauty, health, and wellness industry is a PLUS!
-Sales leadership, ISR, etc. certification is a PLUS!
-Impeccable written & verbal English communication skills.
-Work-from-home setup with at least 20 mbps main internet service provider; 4GB RAM; at least an i5 processor.
-Backup internet connection with at least 20 mbps and backup power that can last up to 8 hours.

Pay Range: $1500 – $2000 Basic Pay + Commissions
