Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Requirements:
Must have at least two years of sales experience.
Must be skilled in finding and expanding the client base independently.
Success in using sales techniques, effective negotiation, and delivering persuasive service presentations is a must.
Strong analytical skills, has the ability to draw conclusions for ongoing development are a must.
Should exhibit effective planning and organizational capabilities, both for personal tasks and team-oriented responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate partner sales information and guide the development direction.
Identify potential partners in various U.S. cities, especially where we operate.
Engage in negotiations with potential partners.
Collaborate with other departments to offer technical guidance and provide necessary samples to partners.
Monitor the effectiveness of collaboration with each partner, including working with inactive partners.
Meet sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain partner records and interaction details in the CRM system, tracking contacts from the initial interaction through future transactions.
Prepare reports summarizing completed work, results, and future plans.
