Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Appointment Setting Sales Coach to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing recruiting and sales calls, providing qualitative and quantitative coaching to improve appointment-setting metrics, and building detailed reports to quantify team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze recruiting and sales calls to identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and coaching to teammembers to enhance the quality and quantity of calls.
Develop and implement strategies to improve appointment-setting metrics.
Build and maintain detailed reports to quantify team performance and progress.
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous improvement in calling techniques and appointment-setting outcomes.
Assist in developing training materials and resources for ongoing team development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing sales coaching, or a related field.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in building and analyzing performance reports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the recruiting industry is a plus.
