We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Director to join our growing short term rental company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing an appointment setting/sales team, with a proven track record of prospecting new deals and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can respond to inbound emails and take calls from prospective clients, all of whom are warm leads.
As the Sales Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our sales team, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to excel. You will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving our business development initiatives. When exceptionally promising deals are identified, you will pass them on to the company owner for closing.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead an appointment setting/sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
– Respond to inbound emails and calls from prospective clients, nurturing warm leads through the sales pipeline.
– Support and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, answering questions, and assisting with strategy development.
– Identify exceptionally promising deals and pass them to the company owner for closing.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
– Take charge of business development activities, including market research, partnership development, and strategic planning.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the company owner.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an appointment setting/sales team.
– Proven experience in prospecting and nurturing new deals.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Experience in real estate or short term rentals is preferred.
– High level of organization and attention to detail.
– Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Compensation:
– Base salary of $1000/month.
– Commission on new deals acquired for the company.
