The Job:

Initially, the role entails managing all sales calls independently, given our current focus on building marketing infrastructure. As sales volume escalates, your responsibilities will shift towards building systems, processes, and the necessary infrastructure for scaling our sales team.

Subsequently, with team expansion, your role will evolve into sales team management, gradually transitioning towards a fully managerial position.

Sales calls that you may handle:
– Abandoned Checkouts: Encouraging customers to complete their intended purchases.
– Declined Transactions: Assisting customers with transaction issues to facilitate order completion.
– Inbound Calls: Addressing customer queries during the checkout process.
– Post-Purchase Upsells: Initiating sales calls to offer complementary products or upgrades.

Predominantly, our sales approach involves soft sales tactics, targeting customers already inclined to purchase, with post-purchase calls representing the primary exception.

Working Hours:

You will commit to approximately 40-50 hours per week. Detailed scheduling will be finalized pre-onboarding, ensuring clarity and alignment with expectations.

Salary and Equity:

The salary offered exceeds market averages, and is subject to increase based on individual and team performance, aligned with company growth. Additionally, there’s potential for equity opportunities as the company progresses.
