About Us:
We are a dynamic startup entering its initial stages, operating in the e-Commerce sector with a focus on the United States market. Specializing in the hearing loss niche, we are in the process of establishing the infrastructure necessary to scale our business.

Our founder already oversees a successful business generating approximately 4M USD annually in Italy. With this new brand, we are poised for rapid growth, aiming to achieve nine figures (100M USD+) in annual revenue by April 2027. Our success will be fueled by a combination of innovative products, cutting-edge direct response marketing, and a dedicated team of ambitious individuals committed to achieving substantial wealth together.

The Role:
In this role, you will initially be responsible for managing all sales calls independently, given our current focus on developing marketing initiatives and the moderate sales volume. Your primary objectives will include building robust systems, refining processes, and establishing the foundational infrastructure necessary to support our expanding sales team.

As our sales volume increases, you will transition into a leadership role, overseeing and mentoring a growing team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will evolve to encompass more managerial tasks as we continue to scale, eventually focusing solely on team management.

Note on Sales Calls:
– Abandoned Checkouts: Encouraging customers to complete their pending orders.
– Declined Transactions: Assisting customers with transaction issues to facilitate successful purchases.
– Inbound Calls: Providing support and guidance to customers navigating the checkout process.
– Post-Purchase Upsells: Engaging with existing customers to promote additional products or upgrades.

While our sales approach predominantly involves “soft sales,” aimed at nudging prospective customers towards purchase decisions, post-purchase upsells may require a more proactive sales approach.

Working Hours:
You will be expected to commit to approximately 40-50 hours per week. A finalized schedule will be provided prior to onboarding to ensure clarity and alignment with expectations.

Salary and Equity:
We offer a competitive salary well above the market average. As you consistently contribute to the growth and performance of our team and company, opportunities for salary increases and equity participation will be available.

Join us on this exciting journey as we revolutionize the eCommerce landscape and shape the future of our industry.
