Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our team of BPO Service Order Representatives in the area of fire protection maintenance services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding our representatives to ensure they meet sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional service in the fire protection maintenance industry.
Position Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
• Lead and manage a team of Service Order Representatives to achieve sales targets for fire protection maintenance services, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Ensure that BPO Service Order Representatives are meeting quality standards and providing exceptional customer service in the area of fire protection maintenance services.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to the team to ensure they are performing at their best in the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the fire protection maintenance industry to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data related to fire protection maintenance services to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience in the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback in the fire protection maintenance industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills specific to the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Strong analytical skills to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement in the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies specific to the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment in the fire protection maintenance industry.
• Experience in managing a team of sales representatives in the fire protection maintenance industry or similar industry.
• Knowledge of fire protection maintenance services, including inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems. (Helpful but not necessary)
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time)
