We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record in building and leading successful sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profitability.
Draft and implement Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure consistency across the department.
Determine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to optimize individual and team performance.
Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Actively participate in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, pre-qualification, and deal closure, to provide guidance and support to the sales team while maintaining a thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to build and lead a sales team, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed targets.
Experience drafting and implementing Sales SOPs to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
Proficiency in identifying and determining relevant KPIs to measure sales performance and track progress toward goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies and tactics, including prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
