We are a house cleaning company based in Melbourne (Australia), and operating in multiple cities around the country. We offer two services for our customers: House Cleaning (Once-off cleans and Regular cleans), and End-of-Lease Cleans. We are rapidly growing with a very strong flow of new daily leads (from SEO).

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and drive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and achieve sales targets.
– Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
– Sales Planning: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to support company objectives.
– Monitor and analyse sales activities against goals to ensure sales targets are met.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
– Sales Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
– Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
– Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management.
– Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
– 3 years’ experience in sales management
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
– Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
