Job Description

This is a 100% remote position requiring work hours to match the Eastern US business day (New York City).

In this role, you will:

Daily Responsibilities

Manage and monitor pipeline to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and has enough deals to fulfill revenue goals
Work with Playmaker to optimize lead lists and create prospect lists
Review Sales Grid and database for enterprise account opportunities
Monitor script and email template performance and optimize where necessary
Work with the Director of Analytics to optimize the Sales Team’s phone performance using AI
Checks the percentage of tagged calls in Call Tracking Metrics and ensures consistency

Weekly Responsibilities

13 Week Race tasks
Provide updates on Scorecard results at the Weekly Growth Huddle
Meet with Advertising and Marketing to report on campaign results and strategize new directions
Conduct one-on-ones with the Sales Team to review wins and losses
Identify verticals for outbound outreach and coordinate with Advertising to get contacts
Attend Roundtable Wednesday nights and assist the President

Monthly Responsibilities

Report on team achievements and individual achievements
Conduct one-on-one skills training program with the Sales Team
Calculate commissions with Order Auditor
Identify candidates for recruitment
Meets with Head of Customer Delight to identify areas of opportunity for better customer experience and smoother Sales Rep experience
Identifies products of focus for the upcoming month and assists with identifying lists to market and remarket to

About You:

Core Competencies and qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently exceeding targets
Experience with both Inbound and Outbound Sales
Skilled at developing sales strategies
Fanatical about follow-up
Excellent at customer retention
Skilled at complex negotiations and long-cycle sales
Experience with HubSpot, deal pipelines, sequences and workflows
Success-oriented: high personal standards and goals
Excellent at communicating both internally and externally
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Commitment to continuous education
