What You’ll Do:
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Motivate your team to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Set revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the industry.
What You Bring
• Experience in sales, with marketing skills as a plus.
• Active listening and effective communication.
• Exceptional leadership abilities.
• Sales planning and time management skills.
• Rational problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
