Overview:
Our thriving personal brand and digital consultancy is seeking an accomplished and motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple verticals. In this pivotal role, you will prospect, pitch, and close deals, securing sponsorships and advertising partnerships for high-traffic YouTube channels and social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge digital marketing and online presence management services to agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and close deals with potential sponsorship/advertising partners and agency clients
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, overcome objections, and negotiate favorable deal terms
Craft and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet and surpass quotas
Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure
Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns and sales enablement resources
Work Hours:
The role requires working from 9 PM to 5 AM Philippine Standard Time, totaling 50 hours per week.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, sponsorships, or related industries
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for success
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing is a strong asset
Targets & Incentives:
Initial targets begin at $1,000 for the first month, with the goal of increasing monthly revenue to $5,000 within six months
Attractive tiered commission structure: 10% on sales up to $2,000, 15% on sales between $2,001 and $4,000, and 20% on sales over $4,000
Generous bonuses for surpassing targets and special achievement bonuses for landing high-value deals
Compensation:
Base salary starting at $500 per month, complemented by a lucrative commission/bonus structure. Salary increases and additional bonuses are directly tied to sales performance and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. This structure is designed to handsomely reward top performers.
