Job Description
LeadOrigin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to develop and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities and market trends to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex digital marketing concepts to clients.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong passion for digital marketing and sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
