Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end sales process, including outbound calls and prospecting. You will be able to perform tasks that go through the process of identifying and converting leads into loyal customers. Your expertise will be essential in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on best practices for outbound calls and prospecting.
Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team’s prospecting skills and objection handling techniques.
Develop and implement strategies for outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and reach out to potential customers, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Monitor the effectiveness of outbound calling efforts and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that address clients’ challenges and add value to their businesses.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects’ requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.
Track and analyze sales metrics, including outbound call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound calling efforts with overall lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3yrs of proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of success in prospecting and lead generation.
Experience with Readymode or Calltools software
Ability to implement sales funnels
Ability to create sales campaigns for different industries
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
