Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

– Be an advocate for the agency and our services, promoting our offerings and brand in a positive way.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential clients.
– Manage and generate leads using Linkedin Sales Navigator, social media platforms and cold emailing.
– Manage prospect monitoring sheet and follow-up leads.
– Set appointments with potential clients to discuss products/services.
– Participate in pitching and potential client meetings.
– Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
– Provide detailed reports on sales results, appointment setting, and feedback from potential leads.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve sales materials and promote brand consistency.

Report Directly to: Project Manager

Daily Tasks:

1. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
2. Set appointments with potential clients.
3. Manage and follow-up leads and prospect monitoring sheet.
4. Manage and generate min 100 of leads of leads per day using Linkedin Sales Navigator, social media platforms and cold emailing.
5. Follow-up with clients after appointments.
6. Provide detailed reports on daily activities and outcomes.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

– Number of appointments scheduled.
– Number of successful conversions from appointments.
– Growth in new client acquisition.
– Client satisfaction level.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree Graduate
2. Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
3. Great at market research and creating compelling presentations
4. Good at building, maintaining relationships and creating connections
5. Proficient in written and email communication
6. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
7. Knowledgeable in digital marketing and strategies
8. Comfortable and efficient in a work from home setup
