The Role:

• You’ll be our right-hand person, keeping us organized and on top of our game. Please see the sample descriptions below for the role to see if it suits your skills and experience.

• Client Management: Assist with inputting new clients into your CRM, manage client records, and potentially send targeted emails (promotions, follow-ups, etc.).

• Proposal and Offer Creation: Collaborate with the team to create proposals with estimated pricing for potential clients. Draft and send professional sales offers based on client needs.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain a database of vendors who provide services relevant to events (catering, venues, entertainment, etc.).

• Support Sales Team: Assist with tasks that streamline the sales process, such as scheduling appointments or travel arrangements (if applicable).

• Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Social Media Management: Assist with content creation and management for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). This could involve posting engaging content, scheduling posts, or interacting with followers.

• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email lists for marketing campaigns. This might involve segmenting lists, creating email templates, or scheduling email blasts.

• Lead Research and Identification: Conduct research to identify potential clients who might benefit from Bandster’s event services.

Knowledge of the following is a plus:
• Google Ads Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance optimization to drive leads and conversions for corporate events, DMC, and destination weddings.

• SEO Skills: Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved organic visibility and lead generation. Ability to conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, build quality backlinks, and monitor website performance using SEO tools.

• LinkedIn Marketing: Experience in leveraging LinkedIn’s platform for B2B lead generation, including creating and optimizing company pages, running targeted advertising campaigns, engaging with industry professionals through networking and content sharing, and generating leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail outreach.

• YouTube Marketing: Familiarity with YouTube as a marketing channel for promoting corporate events, DMC services, and destination weddings. Ability to create and optimize video content, manage YouTube channels, run video advertising campaigns, and track performance metrics to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

• Email Marketing: Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies for building and nurturing email lists, designing and deploying email campaigns, segmenting audiences, personalizing content, and analyzing email performance metrics to generate leads and drive conversions effectively.

• Content Creation: Strong writing and creative skills to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, video scripts, email newsletters, and landing pages, aligned with the company’s brand voice and target audience preferences.

• Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI across different channels.

• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives and targets.
