Sales & Marketing Assistant

We own a physical products brand doing $5m USD in annual sales on Amazon & are looking for a very sharp individual to join our sales & marketing department. To fit in our small team you need the following:

– English so good I can’t even tell you’re Filipino, both written & oral. I’m not joking
– Extreme attention to detail
– At least 2 years experience with digital marketing
– At least 2 years experience in a brand management role
– Be a workaholic & available to work long hours

We run a successful online brand selling 99% on Click to view. What is lacking is a cohesive off-Amazon marketing effort that bridges all of the social media platforms, builds community around our products, continually adds leads to our database & even more importantly, re-markets to them in a productive manner. If you think that a Facebook post that gets 7 likes & 1 share is successful, then you are not our person!

I know exactly what a top-notch digital marketing effort looks like & will take the time to express my vision to this marketing assistant. But it will be the successful candidate’s job to then take this vision & turn it into reality with minimal supervision.
